5 Things to Look for in A Marketing Reporting Solution

5 Things to Look for in A Marketing Reporting Solution

Oct 29, 2015 • By  •
For businesses and companies who have a strong marketing game and are working multiple marketing channels, the ability to keep track of everything can sometimes get a little overwhelming. That's when a really good marketing reporting solution would kick in. Choosing the right one can seem like a difficult task. What exactly should a good solution have and what should you look out for to make sure that you're choosing the right one? When you're ready to start your search, keep these 5 helpful tips in mind to be on the lookout for when you start your solution shopping. A solution that carries all 5 of these amazing aspects is sure to be a winner.

1. The ability to track multiple channels

A marketing reporting solution that is worth its salt should have the ability to track multiple channels at once. This means that you can track your efforts from different marketing platforms whether they're social media ad campaigns, ppc ads, tv ads, radio ads, magazine ads, billboards, or direct mail campaigns. Having the ability to see each side by side is going to give you a view into what's working and what needs to be tweaked. A solution like this is going to save you money in the end because you'll know when ads need to be added, changed, or dropped.

2. Choose an easy to use system

When you find a solution that you're considering purchasing, why not take a product tour so that you can see if it's easy to use or not? A product that has a small learning curve is always the best option, especially for those who aren't very familiar with marketing reporting.

3. Reports that are created quickly and easy-to-read

If you're a marketing company with a ton of client to report to, you're going to want to find a marketing reporting solution that has the ability to create beautiful, colorful, and easy to read spreadsheets to show your clients your progress. More than that, these reports should be easy to create and print out.

4. The ability to see month-to-month trends

The best aspect you can look for in a marketing reporting solution is one that can show you month to month trends so you can check if you're on track with your goals. This makes tweaking ad campaigns easy because you can see what's working and what's not from month to month for each marketing channel.

5. Look for password protection

Finally, a great hallmark of amazing reporting solutions is whether or not it has password protection. With so much vital information about your campaigns, ads, goals, and growth on one single platform, you'll want to make sure that your information is protected. Choosing a reporting solution that guarantees safety through password protection is a smart route to go down.

An Honest Review of Justin Sardi's Video Ads Crash Course

An Honest Review of Justin Sardi's Video Ads Crash Course

Aug 13, 2015 • By  •
First and foremost, this is NOT an SEO course, it's a PPC course, which means targeted traffic right away.

The first thing I thought when I saw the sales page for Justin Sardi's Video Ads Crash Course was, "A way to make thousands of dollars easily from video advertising on Youtube? Yes please!" but I'm not going to lie, I didn't think video advertising could be easy. Then something interesting happened… I felt like there wasn't enough information on this type of advertising and the idea of someone spoonfeeding it to me for a fraction of what it would cost to take a college course made me wonder if I might be passing up a really great opportunity, especially at such a low price. So, I went ahead and purchased the product and realized just how dumb I was for thinking I could do all of this on my own. Within minutes of downloading it, I realized this guy Justin has literally cracked the code to video advertising on Youtube, and the same knowledge could be applied to any video advertising platform.

So, I'm going to show you what it's all about, without giving away the goods, cuz that's Justin's space. If you want to know more after this, then you should go ahead and buy his product now instead of wasting your time reading my review of it because, more than likely, you're going to make a lot more than I did from it due to the fact that I'm paraphrasing the entire thing for you.

Video Advertising

When I first learned about video advertising, I was skeptical because of how much money I knew went into advertising on television. The truth is, video advertising online is a heck of a lot different. In Justin Sardi's Video Ads Crash Course I learned that there is a way to get video advertising on Youtube for pennies and drive targeted traffic to your lead capture pages, generating sales within 1 hour of launching your video ad campaign.

Don't get me wrong, setting up online ad campaigns have been frustrating for me. I've lost a lot of time and money on campaigns that generated no sales and very little leads in the past. It left me wondering if I should even be in the world of internet marketing at all!

However, more recently, I've learned a lot more about online advertising and found that the true secret to success is with

The Right Product

The Right Demographic

A Little Elbow Grease

In Video Ads Crash Course, you learn all of the above PLUS how to set up a video ad campaign that generates income RIGHT AWAY. This is more than a feature, it's what differentiates between a bogus course and a real course on internet marketing.

Elbow Grease

I used to complain when my mom would make me do the dishes when I was a kid, but she would say, "Just put in a little elbow grease, you'll get it done faster."  Sure enough, she was right. I wasn't actually scrubbing the pan before she said that, I was just running the sponge over it haphazardly and hoping my mom would disappear so I could just stop and wander away nonchalantly from the kitchen sink. But that wouldn't have gotten the dishes done, and then my mom would notice and get angry, and I didn't want the process to last any longer than it already was… So I took her advice and I scrubbed and scrubbed until finally the charred eggs came off the frying pan and voila! I had a clean, shiny new pan to dry and hang on the wall, to put on display like a prize or trophy.

Nobody wants to admit it, but everything that is great takes elbow grease to achieve, and that means if you want to earns money fast, you're going to have to dedicate your time to it, most likely at the expense of your personal time which you might normally use to hang out with friends, play games, or participate in community events. Making money takes time and dedication, but the payoff can be astounding, as you've already seen.

The great thing about courses like this is that all the work is mapped out for you, you just have to take action and follow the steps and you're already on your way to making sales. So many people don't like the concept of doing the work, they want a push-button formula, and unfortunately a lot of independent marketers advertise this concept ("Finally a push-button formula that really works!"), but no one actually has a system where you click a button and money comes out.

This course is pretty much a case study on how effective you can be at video advertising if you put in the hours. My personal experience tells me that it takes about 20 hours of real, solid set up using this technique to make around $2,000. Do the math, that's $100/hr. That's not bad if you figure 40hrs/week at 52 weeks a year, that's over $200,000 per year. Now imagine automating half the work and cutting your hours down to 20hrs/week and making the SAME INCOME. That would open up your time to focus on another profitable project and potentially double your annual income. Are you following me?

So, elbow-grease? It's more than just a necessity, it's the whole game. Put in the time to make your campaign perfect before you launch it and you can't lose.

What's Inside

Video Ads Crash Course gives you access to TARGETED TRAFFIC on demand by driving massive targeted traffic to your website for as little as pennies per click. The course will help increase ROI's on your campaigns so you make more money with less ad spend and show you how to lower your cost per click while increasing the quality of the prospects you are reaching – so you have a higher overall conversion ratio (putting MORE CASH in your pocket!).

The course also teaches you how to setup a profitable video campaign in under an hour (including making the video, writing the ad, and posting everything to generate targeted traffic), giving you advanced secrets to getting your ads to convert at higher click-throughs than your competitors. This enables you to understand which analytics and metrics are key to track and which are not. This will ultimately give you greater control in knowing what is performing best and what truly needs tweaking.

Something I found unique about this course is that it comes with proven templates, proven ad formulas, and proven profit pulling strategies which you can use immediately to build your business (and income) to the level you choose

Conclusion

This course is useful to just about everyone I know in the internet marketing industry. You could be a 15 year veteran and STILL get something out of it. The best part is that nobody can lose with this, you simply follow the steps in the videos and you're on your way to generating income fast, easily and on demand. Yes, you need to put in the work, but you also don't have to be that patient as the traffic will come to you very fast as soon as you set up and launch your first campaign. 10 Of The Best: Creative Advertising Campaigns

10 Of The Best: Creative Advertising Campaigns

Feb 25, 2011 • By  • 250 Views

Ads are everywhere these days, you would be lucky to go 5 minutes without seeing one somewhere. So how do you advertise your offering and get noticed, well that's easy, you just got to be a little creative!
I know, easier said than done but to give you some inspiration, here are some of my favourite offline ad campaigns:

Wake-Up-New-York-Coffee.jpg"Hey, City That Never Sleeps. Wake up."
This ad in New York shows a picture of a coffee cup placed over a steaming manhole cover, giving the illusion of a steaming hot cup of coffee right there in the middle of the road. The ad was created for Folgers Coffee by Saatchi & Saatchi.

The-Sexy-Shopping-Bag.jpg"The Sexy Shopping Bag"
This ad certainly garnered a lot of attention; which is exactly what the lingerie retailer wanted when creating this bag.
Plastic Surgery Ad on Cups"Plastic Surgery Ad on Cups"
An old one but it had great impact when it came out. It was created by DDB in Toronto.
Hoover 'Vacuum' Cleaners Demonstration"Hoover ‘Vacuum' Cleaners Demonstration"
This is a great ad indicating the strength of suction from Hoovers range of Vacuum cleaners. This idea came from students at The Miami Ad School.
Shelter for the Homeless ad on bins"Shelter for the Homeless ad on bins"
This one comes from Portugal where Vitae Shelters came up with an ad to make people give a thought for the homeless when they got to put there bins out.
Don't Drink and Drive!"Don't Drink and Drive!"
Don't drink and drive is the message here! Pretty inventive, when you open the bottle you crumple the bottle top and the image of the car. Drink and drive and that's how your car will end up; simple message.
The 'Ultra Slim' Sony Cyber-Shot T1 falls through the gap"The ‘Ultra Slim' Sony Cyber-Shot T1 falls through the gap"
Sony came up with this effective and cheap ad for The ‘Ultra Slim' Cyber-Shot T1 Camera. You can just imagine that this would of got a fair few people tugging the strap!
Leica-cameras-12x-optical-zoom-300x203.jLeica cameras - 12x optical zoom"How good is the Leica Cameras Zoom? Take a look for your self!"
Staying on the camera theme, how about this one promoting Leica cameras and its 12x optical zoom. This was created by Young & Rubicam a Swiss based agency.
Playboy-Beach-Towels-300x170.jpg"Ever wanted to be on the front cover of Playboy?"
How about this campaign from Playboy; giving out these beach towels so sunbathers can promote their magazine by posing on the front cover.
jobsintown.de life's too short 1jobsintown.de life's too short 2jobsintown.de life's too short 4
Life's too short for the wrong job
jobsintown.de life's too short 5
"Life's too short for the wrong job!"
Here is a great compilation to finish with, and somewhat appropriate. Don't get stuck in the wrong job regretting not doing what you really wanted too. This ad was that of the German jobsite ‘jobsintown.de'.
